Certified Residential Specialist Terry and Marilyn are the co-owners of Wheeler Real Estate of Venice, Inc., and have been Realtors since 1987. Terry is the Broker and has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Dennis believes that good communication with his clients and guiding them to solutions to their needs is the basis to success in business. He chose Wheeler as his realtor when he and his wife Maureen decided to build their home in Heron Creek in North Port. Dennis felt that Wheeler did such a great job finding their homesite, and with the continual thoughtful follow up throughout the building and closing process, that he decided to work with us in his Real Estate career.
